YOFE Energy collects and uses the details you share on this website. You can reach us at hello@yofeenergy.com.

What we collect

When you reserve, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, WhatsApp number, email address if you give one, area, estate or street, property type, whether you own or rent, your solar access, the system you're interested in, what you use for power now, what you want to keep on, and whether you manage an estate, mall or plaza.

With your reservation we also record the page you reserved from, your power planner result if you used it, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the date and time.

Why we collect it

We use your details to contact you about your reservation, book your home check, recommend a system and plan our service in your area. We don't sell your details.

Where it's kept

Reservations are sent to our email inbox and stored in a spreadsheet that only the YOFE team can access. These services are provided by Google.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to follow up your reservation and, if you become a customer, to provide your service. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted. Email hello@yofeenergy.com and we'll respond.
